We first laser cut flat sheets with our automated lasers, then roll the nose cones, and finally weld the nose cones using Robotic fixture and welding processes.
This saves significant labor costs for pontoon manufacturers. We deliver completed nose cones with keel strip, splashfins, and boweye. All you have to do is weld the nose cone to the toons.
